If you re talking about the standard boy scout uniform it is placed below the rank patch. Webelos and arrows of light wear the tan uniform shirt like boy scouts. Arrow of light on the other hand is a rank and award. The arrow of light award is worn on the left pocket of the tan boy scouts uniform.
