Arduino Pwm Fan Control

I have been wondering about this project and how to control my 4 pin pwm fans.

I am looking at getting 2 80x10mm pwm fans. Many projects that use a temp sensor but never the most simple thing. The system uses a temperature sensor to control four fans that are driven by an arduino controller. The noise made it impossible to measure the fan s rotation.
